#1 Being in the "in crowd" used to be of the utmost importance to me.
Being in the "in crowd" used to concern me alot. Back in middle school, it really mattered what people thought of me... the wrong people. I really tried to impress people who thought differently of me because I was the only african american male in the gifted class. I was always ridiculed and made fun of for not being in the "in crowd". As time grew, so did I. Now I dont care what anyone thinks of me unless they are a respected person and will help me on my way to success. Success is something we all pursue, no matter what crowd we're in. It seems I was with the right crowd all along... the "smart crowd".

ReplyDeleteThat's cool. Quite admirable as well. AT least you didnt try to fight that like some people I've met in life...
ReplyDeleteI like this paragraph, its tells how you use to be when you were in midddle school. But now that you are in college, it seems like you have growned to know that it doesn't matter what people think. You have learned to have out with the right crowd and I could appreciate that.
ReplyDeleteyo this blog nice son. It seems like you put a lot of effort in this paper lol. I cant beleived you care what people thought about you in middle school. Grow up man that was years ago. Know one remebers middle school. People only start thinking about how cool you are until high school. I could of told you that. Success is something people need, but you need money to be succesful, and you do not have that yet so keep working on it. Do not worry about being cool man your a loser, but your going to still be cool with me laugh out loud.
ReplyDeleteoh no bullshit hahah
